One of the most common emails we get is from clients saying, “HEY, MY FOREX FURY ISN’T TRADING.” So, today we are going to address this, and provide solutions for any issues there may be.
Be Patient
First things first though, if you just bought the software and just installed it, you need to be patient. On default settings, we only open trades during 1 hour, 4-5PM EST. If you read our about us page, you can learn more about our advanced time restricted trading approach.
So, unless an entire week has passed, it’s very possible the software just hasn’t traded yet. The software can go multiple days in a row without opening a trade, especially if you only have it set up on 1 MT4/MT5. Most clients will install many instances of MT4 or MT5 and put 1 pair on each instance during the testing phase. This is highly recommended, and will increase the likelihood that you will see trades in the early days.

Setting Adjustments
To change any setting, you must right click on the chart, click expert list, then properties.
If your account has not traded for an entire week straight, then you likely need to make setting adjustments.
Max Spread
The most common setting that needs to be changed is the Max Spread. By default our Max Spread setting is 5, which means that if your broker spread is above 5 the software won’t trade. Know that during some hours of the day, the spread will be higher, so this is something you will have to pay attention to.
You can see the spread for the currency you are trading by looking at the difference between the bid and the ask. Or Right Click in your market watch go to columns and click spread.
In this example you can see there are multiple currencies with a spread above 5 spread. Note, this is different for every broker.
Obviously, keeping a low spread is best for our strategy, and so increasing this number too high can hurt your results. So, you want to keep this number close to the actual spread and ensure your broker has lower spreads.
Wrong Timeframe
Make sure Forex Fury is on the M15 timeframe, or it won’t trade.
Max Orders
In many cases, like with FIFO brokers in the US mostly you will have to set maxorders to 1. This will not change how the EA trades, and will in actuality make it trade better because there will be less commission.
IncreamentalLotSize
If you are using a smaller account, generally under $1000, you will want to set increamentallotsize to false and use a smaller lot size.
You will generally see an error in your experts tab telling you there is insufficient funds is this is required.
Wrap Up
Again, please be patient. If the EA isn’t trading the #1 reason is the trader hasn’t waited long enough, and is just running 1 setup.
The testing phase is important, install more instances of MT4 and run more pairs.

Email support with complete images of your setup, they will find any settings issues and resolve it very quickly.
Hi, I had been monitoring fury was not trade at all about a month. Could you please advice on it.
Check for errors in your experts tab. It will generally tell you what setting you need to change. Or email support with full images and they’ll provide an easy solution.
I’m trying to figure out why my fury will not trade. It’s been setup on USDJPY for a week now on a VPS. The time within MT4 and the VPS server is the same. I double checked the following:
my login name in the user account
Auto trading is selected
No red text in the Fury trade indicator window indicating anything wrong (like low spread level)
The DLL is in the MQL4\Libraries folder
Fury has the smiley face
Expert Advisers Tab within Options has http://www.forexfury.com and https://www.forexfury.com as allowed URL’s
I’m on the 15 minute time frame
Am I missing anything else?
If it’s not these, it can be lot size as well / incrementallotsize to false.

Hi Gunjan, your time plays no role in the GMT offset. Please follow the FAQ / guides available for trading time.
Does your fury robot runs on Android phones?
Hi Ann, you will need a computer or VPS to run our software. Phones do not have enough power to run automated trading software.

Hello, i read that Fury is trading only on specific time (1 hour only)
However brokers sometimes change the GMT due to DST (daylight saving time) …so twice a year (march and november) it is changed between GMT +2 and GMT +3
Do we also need to change the trading time twice a year when our brokers change it ?
Or does the EA will adjust the time by itself ?

Hi Leo, I think you mean VPS. Our EA doesn’t require a VPS, but many use them.

There isn’t a silver package. There are no differences in performance between any of our packages. They provide you with the same software, just with more licenses to run more live accounts. Your computer needs to be on to run any software, including ours.
Is forex fury still not trading?
The EA has never stopped trading. It’s been active for years. If you want to see how often it trades, analyze the accounts on our website.
I saw your reply is better for 1 account only 1 pair only. Let say at other broker can run this EA at the same time with different pair?
Hi Hilmi, yes, you can also run more than 1 instance / platform with the same broker.

Hi Rakib, we recommend our default time settings.
A point for abdulela. When trying to set up I made several mistakes.
1 make sure all pairs are set to M15
2 in tools/options make sure the web address http://www.forexfury.com is placed in ‘allow WebRequest for listed URL
Can a single instance of MT4 run multiple or all trade pairs?
We recommend 1 pair per instance of MT4.

Hi Abdulelah, make sure you follow all of these steps in the guide. Then, run more instances of MT4/MT5. Test a couple of different brokers. If you need further assistance, email support.
Hi I want to take a look at this I wanted to buy the 1 account package but with that I can put it on my computer right but also does that mean it will trade all pairs or on the same mt4 I have to open more time frames and set this up on each one to trade please let me know thanks!
Hi John, we generally prefer 1 pair per account, and running multiple instances of MT4/MT5.
Please help me understand. If I want to run Forex Fury on 5 different currency pairs, are you saying that I need to run 5 instances of MT4/MT5, and that each instance needs its own licence, meaning I need to purchase 5 licences?
Hi Martin, we provide unlimited demo licenses, so you can run as many demo tests as you want. When you go live, if you want to run multiple live accounts you will want multiple licenses. We have hundreds of clients with multiple licenses, but they have all found multiple approaches they want to utilize that win. So, they are happy to have multiple licenses.
Hi i saw the question and the answer but you didnt answer the question, license is per account or is per pair? if i install two instances of MT4 and in one i run EUR/USD and the other i run GBP/USD and login in both instances in the same account, how many licenses i need?
Hi Giulliano, licenses are by account. It’s not possible to have license by pair, which is why no vendor in this market does it that way.
